ABOUT
Junk Punk Studios was created by Colt Regier in January 2012 and serves as his personal art studio. Since starting up, he has worked tirelessly to create high quality hand-made replica props, masks and many other specialty items. Everything is sculpted, molded, fabricated and finished by Colt Regier with the exception of of a few featured artists. Junk Punk Studios regularly attends various conventions, including Steel City Con.
Colt Regier
Colt works primarily as a freelance Special Effects and Fabrication Artist locally, but he has done commission work for multiple clients internationally. He is currently employed as a Prototype Fabricator and Mold Maker, but has previously worked as a Mask Maker, Foam Fabrication Artist, Make-up Artist and has worked on a handful of short films. Colt is constantly working and creating hand-made replica props, masks, figures and other specialty items for Junk Punk Studios as well as growing as an artist. He is always looking for more commission work! After attending The University of Colorado at Denver for Film and Theater with an emphasis on writing and directing (2005), Colt’s fascination for the Special Effects aspect of film making took off! After months spent researching and self-teaching, Colt attended The Tom Savini Special Make-up Effects Program at the Douglas Education Center in Monessen, PA (2009).

Standard Union Art & Supply CO
Located in southwest Pennsylvania, Standard Union Art & Supply CO is easily one of the areas top fabrication shops creating everything from haunt equipment to smaller scale props. Standard Union Art & Supply CO is headed up by the extremely talented Shawn Ronzio, who at one time was both a mentor and close personal friend of mine. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Shawn on many artistic endeavors and can honestly say that I wouldn’t be where I am today without his influence. Shawn is the original sculptor and fabricator of this particular Ranger helmet which can be attained through Standard Union Art & Supply CO.
